BEST

CHANCE

PROGRAM

We are proud to partner with the Ozzie Albies Foundation in their mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and reform.

The Best Chance Program began out of a need to revamp the rescue system. Animal shelters are overcrowded and even though there are many good people willing to help, we still see dogs getting re-homed or returned after being adopted on a daily basis. People are willing to rescue, but what happened after the dog was fostered or adopted out is where we felt something was missing.

The Best Chance Program doesn’t end when the dog is brought home from the rescue. That’s where we start. We offer training to each of our rescues and foster parents to ensure each dog is receiving the individualized support they need. During their time in foster care, each dog is learning skills that will not only help make their transition into a permanent home easier but ideally increase their chances of becoming adopted by the perfect family for them.

Our goal is to be able to grow our rescue and pull as many dogs out of the shelter as possible, and get them in our care to give these dogs their best chance.
